Design Sneek Peek

Just a sneek peek of some of my recent work. The first one is a loan officer document I've been working on for Mr. Gregory, and the second two are parts of some branding for my sil's home hair salon. I'm dying over what these look like and am anxious to share the final projects, especially of the hair branding. Branding is my first love when it comes to design. It's sort of where my heart is and what I would choose if I had to pick one type of design for the rest of my life. So let me design your branding! It's my passion!!

Of course, I love other areas of design very much and have recently designed an app for my work, that was pretty dang fun! It turned out beautifully. I'm loving web design lately, too! It's been a slight learning curve, but I am finally getting the hang of it and it's going really well! I guess you could say I'm actually pretty good at it ;-).

Thanks for letting me share my talents, it's kind of scary putting myself out there, but I don't want to let fear control how I live my life! So even though I'm nervous about what people might say or think about my work, I love it and am proud of it, so I'm sharing it!

Photos from the Blooming Monogram Domaign Class

The last Tuesday in April I hosted my first collaboration with Katie and Kellie, but the 5th Domaign class overall. I'm so happy and pleased to say... it was a SUCCESS!! We want to thank all our friends, family, and social media buds came out and supported our class! It was so much fun! I only wish I had gotten a photo of everyone together :-(

Planning events like these are a lot of work; it takes hours of planning, advertising, gathering materials, class prep, etc. So having someone to collaborate with on this class was a ginormous help! Both Katie and Kellie helped so much with planning the details of the event, and Katie was able to be there for the event, sadly, Kellie lives in LA and couldn't make it. Regardless, it made a huge difference having collaborators and a friend/host there, thank you, girls!

I'm excited to share some pics from our lovely class! Again, it was so nice to meet new friends and connect. I can't wait to meet more of you at future Domaign classes - hope to see you there, too!

Etched Clay Planters

Do you follow my IG account? If so, you've already seen this DIY class that I'm co-hosting with some really fun bloggers! Ever heard of Livy Loves to Run? I know, I think Diana is fantastic too!! Such an incredible motivator! I'm also hosting with a friend from my ward, Carissa Miss, and her two friends Aubrey Zaruba and 6th Street Design School (Kirsten Krason). We are making the cutest planters for this class, you just HAVE to come! It's only $5, so cheap! Come make these adorable planters with some wonderful bloggers and creative new friends! We'll have paint to add some color after they bake and we'll also have some treats! This class will be huge, you gotta come!!

It's THIS FRIDAY, May 9th at 7pm in Lehi. You must email Carissa at carissamissblog at gmail.com in the next few days to reserve your spot!

This class is in lieu of my Domaign for May, don't worry, I'll start back up in June!
